 Further Information

Jamie Ja Jones is a New Orleans native who became interested in acting at the tender age of four. At the age four is also when she made her off-Broadway debut in a Black History play for her school. Her mother made her costume, and from the moment she put it on she was to be in love with acting forever.
Her father also played a huge role in forming her love for acting. "My dad would videotape me as a child and I loved the camera," explains Jamie. "I even have footage of myself dancing and speaking in Spanish as a two-year old!"
Jamie has always loved being in front of audiences. She even sang at her Kindergarten graduation.
Her first television experience was on a local program called "Education Plugged In," where she had a chance to express herself about various topics that affected youth. Since then she has continued to express her feelings about the world around her.
This focused multi-talented thespian has no plans of slowing down. She's working on a book, writing poetry, designing clothing, writing songs and still continuing her love for acting.
